At KTODC Online Grocery Private Limited, we only accept returns if the product delivered to you is defective, damaged, or expired. To be eligible for a return or refund, you must inform us on the same day of delivery and share clear images or a video of the damaged product along with the packaging.

 Return Conditions:

  • Return is accepted only for damaged, defective, or expired products.

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Photo/video proof is mandatory, taken on the day of delivery.

  • Product should be unused and in original packaging.

 How to Request:

  • Email us at support@ktodc.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Photos/Videos

    • Description of the issue

  • Our team will verify and respond within 12 hours.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery, refunds will be given via bank transfer or store credit.

Replacements:

  • If available, we prefer to offer a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacements are dispatched within 24 hours of approval.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • No return for “change of mind” or if reported after 24 hours.

  • Damaged due to misuse or poor handling post-delivery.

  • Opened or partially used products.
